Website Design

Websites that earn their keep.
Built on WordPress and the Kadence framework — fast, conversion-tuned, easy for your team to maintain. Most launches happen in four to six weeks, on a fixed price quoted in the proposal. The site you launch is the one we committed to in week one.
What you get
- Strategy & messaging. We start with the work nobody else does: who you’re for, what makes you different, and what your homepage should actually say before we worry about how it looks.
- Information architecture. Sitemap, page-by-page content outline, the conversion flow mapped before a pixel is drawn.
- Visual design. A custom design system — type, color, components — applied consistently across every template. Not a Figma file you’ll never open again; a living system your team can extend.
- Development. Built on Kadence with a custom child theme, hand-tuned for Core Web Vitals. Sub-1.5s LCP on mobile is the target, not the stretch goal.
- Real content loaded. We write and load your real copy and images. No lorem ipsum, no “fill this in later,” no half-finished pages going live.
- Launch & training. Full QA, redirect map, analytics, and a 60-minute team training so you can confidently take over.
- 30 days of post-launch support. Bugs, tweaks, small additions — included. You won’t be invoiced for the things every launch surfaces in the first month.
Pricing
Starting at $4,500 — fixed project, fixed timeline. Most builds land between $4,500 and $14,000 depending on scope. You’ll have an exact proposal — line by line — within 48 hours of your project brief.
Why we build on WordPress + Kadence
Twenty-four years of building websites has taught us one thing: the platform your team can edit is the platform that stays current. WordPress with Kadence gives you the visual flexibility of Webflow, the editing simplicity of Squarespace, and an ecosystem that won’t be acquired and shut down next quarter. Your developer pool stays large. Your hosting stays portable. Your team stays in control.
FAQ
How long does it really take?
Four to six weeks for most projects. We’ve done a few in three. The bigger the scope, the longer the window — but we commit to a date in the proposal and we hit it. If something threatens the date, you’ll hear about it before we miss it, not after.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes. Kadence’s block editor is the easiest WordPress experience there is. We’ll train your team in an hour and leave you a written playbook for the most common edits.
What happens after launch?
30 days of post-launch support is included. After that, an optional care retainer ($1,500/month and up) covers ongoing updates, content additions, performance tuning, and same-week priority support. Plenty of clients run without a retainer and just call us when they need something — that works too.
