Twenty-four years building websites
We started this so small businesses could get the work big ones get.
Most agencies are built to sell hours, optimize retainers, and keep clients on a treadmill. We built RealPointMedia to do the opposite — quick, fixed engagements that actually finish, with senior people doing the work the whole way through.
Pat · Founder
Twenty-four years of building websites, brands, and marketing programs — most of it inside other agencies. Two things kept bothering me: how long projects took, and how much of the actual craft was outsourced to junior people. RealPointMedia is what’s left after I stripped those two problems out — fewer hands on each project, less ceremony, real timelines, and senior people in the room for every decision.
I write the code, design the layouts, and run the strategy calls. I’m what you get when you hire RealPointMedia. If we bring in a specialist for a particular build — a photographer, an illustrator, a senior dev for a custom integration — you’ll meet them before any work starts, and they’ll meet you. Nobody is invisible on a RealPointMedia project.
What we believe
Considered work, on tight timelines.
The trade-off between fast and good is overrated. Most agencies tolerate slow because slow keeps clients on retainer. We don’t sell retainers as a default — we ship, we finish, and we stay available for what comes next on terms that match the work.
Senior people, all the way through.
You won’t be pitched by a partner and handed off to a junior. The person who scopes your project is the person doing the work, week after week, through launch.
Honest answers, even when they cost us business.
We turn down roughly 60% of inquiries. Sometimes because we’re not the right shop. Sometimes because the project shouldn’t exist as scoped. We’ll tell you which it is, and we’ll point you somewhere better when we can.
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline.
Mystery invoices are an agency invention. The proposal you sign is exactly what you pay. If the scope changes, we re-quote in writing before any work begins — never after.
