01 · Where you sit on the map
When somebody in your town types what you sell into Google, three businesses show up in the little map box at the top — and those three get most of the calls. We check where you land for the searches that actually bring you work (“roofer near me,” “family dentist Brodheadsville,” “excavating Lehighton”), and we tell you who’s sitting above you. Not a percentage. A position, with names attached.
02 · Your reviews vs. your three closest competitors
Review count and star rating, yours next to theirs, side by side. We also note how recent the reviews are — because a five-star average from 2021 reads as “closed” to somebody deciding at 9pm on a Tuesday. This is usually the fastest number to fix, and it’s usually the one nobody’s watching.
03 · How fast your site loads on a phone
Most people find you on a phone, often on cell service, often standing in a driveway. We load your site the way they do and time it. Anything over three seconds and a real share of those people are gone before your name finishes appearing. You’ll get the number in seconds, not a technical grade.
04 · The biggest leak
The one thing that’s costing you the most calls right now, named specifically. Sometimes it’s a phone number that isn’t tappable on a phone. Questions people ask first
What’s the catch?
There isn’t one, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise to sound humble. We give away the scan because it’s the fastest way to show you we know your market. Some people read it, fix things themselves, and we never hear from them again. That’s a fine outcome.
Do I have to get on a call to see the results?
No. The scorecard is emailed to you, complete, no strings. We’ll follow up exactly once to ask if you have questions. If you don’t answer, that’s your answer and we leave you alone.
Is a person actually doing this, or is it automated?
A person. Pat runs the searches, reads the reviews, and writes the page. That’s why it takes two days instead of two minutes — and why the “biggest leak” line is worth reading.
Will you call and pitch me?
Only if you gave us a number and asked us to. Otherwise the scorecard arrives by email and the ball is in your court.
What if the scan says I’m doing fine?
Then it’ll say so, and you’ll have that in writing. It happens. Plenty of businesses are in better shape than they think and just needed somebody to confirm it.
How many of these do you do?
A handful a week — it’s one person doing the work, so there’s a limit. If we’re backed up, you’ll hear from us with a real date instead of silence.
