About RealPointMedia
Twenty-four years building websites. The last ten, betting on my own.
I’m Pat Davidse. I build websites and local marketing systems for businesses in the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos — and for the last decade, my only client was me.
The short version
I started building websites for small businesses over twenty years ago and spent more than a decade doing client work. Then I did something most agency people never do: I stopped talking and started spending my own money. I built and ran my own e-commerce businesses — my own products, my own ad budget, my own conversion rates, my own payroll. When your income depends on whether the checkout converts on a Tuesday night, you learn very quickly what moves the needle and what’s agency theater. I sold those businesses, and now I’m back to the work I started with — here, where I live.
I write the code, design the layouts, and run the strategy calls. I’m what you get when you hire RealPointMedia.
What I don’t have — and what I do
Straight up: you won’t find a wall of recent client logos here. For the last ten years my only client was me, and the case studies on this site from my client-work years run under changed names. What you’re actually hiring is someone who ran the numbers on his own businesses — every dollar of ad spend, every abandoned cart, every review that did or didn’t come in — and who has built websites for twenty-four years in total.

What we believe
Considered work, on tight timelines.
Most agencies treat speed and quality like a trade-off. Tight scope, senior hands, fewer rounds — that’s how four to six weeks gets you a website you’re actually proud of.
Honest answers, even when they cost us business.
If we’re not the right shop, or the project won’t pay for itself, we’ll say so and point you somewhere honest. We’d rather do $2,000 of the right work than $9,000 of the wrong work and lose the referral.
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline.
One proposal, one number, one date. Approve it and we go. No mystery invoices, no creep.
Local means local.
I’m in Kunkletown — thirty minutes over Blue Mountain from the Lehigh Valley, twenty from Stroudsburg. On-site when it matters, and I answer the phone: (484) 549-9990.
