FAQ
Is this a sales pitch dressed up?
No. The roadmap is yours to execute however you choose — hand it to your own team or another shop and it works just the same. If we’re the right fit for part of it, we’ll say so plainly, and your $399 comes off that project. Plenty of buyers take the plan and run with it themselves. That’s a fine outcome.
Can my team be on the walkthrough?
Yes — up to five people on the call. We’d rather everyone hear the same answers at the same time than have them filtered through a single point of contact.
What if my business is unusual?
Tell us before purchase. If we don’t think we can produce a useful report for your specific situation, we’ll decline the order and point you somewhere better. Twenty-four years of doing this means we know the edges.
