Beaumont Goods

A three-year side-hustle Shopify store ready to be the founder’s full-time business. Rebuilt storefront, set up paid acquisition, and tightened post-purchase flow.

Client name changed at their request. The numbers are real.

Where they started

Beaumont sold well to people who found it — the problem was that almost nobody did, and the founder was doing everything manually: ads boosted from a phone, order emails written by hand, a theme bought in 2021 and bent out of shape since. To go full-time, the store needed acquisition that paid for itself and a storefront that didn’t leak the traffic it earned.

What we did

  • Rebuilt the storefront around the three best-selling lines, cut checkout steps, and fixed mobile speed.
  • Set up paid acquisition properly — structured campaigns with real tracking behind them, so spend decisions came from numbers instead of gut feel.
  • Tightened the post-purchase flow — order confirmations, review requests, and a repeat-purchase sequence that ran without the founder touching it.

What happened

Paid acquisition reached a 5.4× return on ad spend — every dollar into ads brought back $5.40 in revenue — which is the difference between a side hustle and a salary. The founder went full-time on the business.
