What we’ll cover

  • What you’re trying to accomplish, and the constraints around it — time, budget, internal capacity.
  • Whether the work falls inside what we do well. We’re specific about this.
  • An honest range on timeline and pricing for the work you’re describing.
  • A recommended next step — the $399 Strategy Session, a full fixed-price proposal, or a referral to someone better suited.

What we won’t do

  • Walk you through a capabilities deck.
  • Pitch a six-figure engagement on a twenty-minute call.
  • Hide pricing behind a follow-up email.

What happens after the call

You’ll leave with one of three outcomes — all of them useful, none of them a follow-up that goes nowhere.

  • A fixed-price proposal in your inbox within 48 hours. Scope, price, timeline, what’s included, what isn’t. No mystery line items.
  • A recommendation to start with a Strategy Session. If the right next step is a deeper read before a build, we’ll say so — and the $399 is refunded against any project you book with us within 60 days.
  • A referral to a better-fit shop. If we’re not the right partner, we’ll name two or three places we’d send a friend with the same problem.
